This unisex 50/50 Fleece Crew is pre-shrunk, but it can still shrink about 3% to 5%. It is a cotton-polyester blend, it shrinks much less than 100% cotton.
To avoid shrinkage, wash in cold water and hang dry (or tumble dry on low heat).
If you are worried about the fit, consider sizing up. To force a shrink (not recommended, this can damage the design), wash in hot water and tumble dry on high heat.
